Pokhara Ultra Race Info
Pokhara ULTRA Trail race is on NOV 29th, 2025.
Thank you for your registration and for taking that first step to be part of the great experience and the story where you will witness some of the athletes rise to the occasion and claim the grand prize. You could be one of them, so please accept our best wishes for the Pokhara ULTRA 2025 Trail running Championship.
Our race timings and BIB distribution will be managed by an APP “RunUKU”. Please install and create your FREE account.
At the time of the RACE, you will need to use the APP, select the activity ” Pokhara ULTRA 2025 – BiB PICK UP”, and scan the QR code provided by the race director to collect your BIB.
All Ultra (55k/100k) Runners will be tracked via GEO GPS. We will provide you with a GPS at the time of the Race Briefing. This device will need to be returned to us after you complete your race.
Cash Prize winners will be handed a Certificate with a QR code, which they will need to scan under the activity “Pokhara ULTRA – Winners” in the RunUKU app. Once scanned, the REP from the Pokhara ULTRA team will reach out to transfer the winning prize amount. As part of the Government tax rules, 15% tax will be deducted from the winning amount. Please ensure that you have your PAN number ready if you are a Nepali citizen.
All other participants will receive the participation certificate in the email address provided during registration.
Due to the terrain of the race course, we require all runners to have active insurance to cover you in case of emergencies.

🗣️ Race Briefing and Race Day Readiness:
Our race venue is Yanjakot. We will depart for Yanjakkot on Friday, 11/28/2025, at 4:30 PM from Ranipauwa Sports Center. It will take us roughly just over an hour to get to the beautiful Village of Yanjakot. We will be welcomed by locals with flowers to mark the start of the adventurous trail running event. You will then be escorted to your respective homestay/hotels. We will have BUS driving back to Pokhara on 11/30 in the late afternoon.

Our 30k, 55k, and 100k trail race are ITRA-approved and evaluated race courses and offer ITRA 2, ITRA 3, and ITRA 5 points. The GPX file can be downloaded directly from ITRA's website (CLICK HERE).
📍Race Course Checkpoints:
We will go over the available checkpoints/health posts for all the race distances on the race briefing day. Each checkpoint will offer either water or snacks along with hydration according to the race course settings.
